Paul Joseph Kramer, 71, of WaKeeney, Kansas, passed away Friday, August 21, 2026, at his residence. He was born January 24, 1955, in Kansas City, Missouri, to Harold and Margaret (Williams) Kramer.

Paul was an avid camper and fisherman and enjoyed visiting most of the state parks throughout Kansas, New Mexico, and the surrounding area. He enjoyed repairing antique radios and clocks and had the ability to build just about anything. Paul also loved to paint and was a voracious reader. He had a green thumb and could grow nearly any plant imaginable. His dining room table was often covered with seedlings in various stages of growth, including an African Acacia tree.

Survivors include his brother, Dan R. Kramer of Grandview, Missouri; and his sister, Cathy A. Kramer (Deb) of Olathe, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Margaret Kramer.
