Jaxson Michael Daniels was born April 13, 2014 at Hays Medical Center to Madeleine Tuttle and Justin Moore-Daniels of WaKeeney, Kansas. Jaxson passed from this world June 10, 2014 at Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital, WaKeeney at the age of 8 weeks and 2 days.
Though Jaxson's time with us was short, he captured our hearts and our love and will always be remembered by his many family members and caregivers as a sweet and beautiful gift from God. Most especially, Jaxson's presence will be felt and missed by his twin Justin who will always know he is forever connected by life's beginning which they shared.
Jaxson was preceded in death by Great Grandmother, Shirlene Moore, Great Great Grandparents Everett and Lela Tuttle, Great Uncle Dewey Tuttle and Great Great Grandfather Rubin Fabrizius.
Survivors include his parents, 2 brothers Maxuim Daniels and twin brother Justin Daniels, Jr. of the home. Grandmother Heather Tuttle of WaKeeney, Grandparents Jason and Trudy Gager of Olathe, Grandparents Cranston and Mickey Daniels, Great Grandparents Delton & Ruth Tinkler, Great Grandfather La Monte Tuttle, Great Great Grandmother Ella Fabrizius all of WaKeeney, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Friday, June 13, 2014 at Schmitt Funeral Home of WaKeeney.
Funeral and burial will be private family services.
A memorial luncheon will be held at noon, Saturday, June 14, at the VFW Hall in WaKeeney. Friends and family are invited.
