Iva “P.I.” Marshall, 82, passed away on May 2, 2026. She was born on December 8, 1943.

P.I. dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a nurse, a profession she served with compassion and pride until her retirement. Even after retiring from nursing, her love for people remained central to who she was. She later worked as a receptionist at a local hotel, where she enjoyed welcoming guests and meeting new people each day.

She had a remarkable talent for crocheting and needlepoint, creating beautiful handmade pieces that reflected both her skill and thoughtful nature. P.I. delighted in sharing her creations with family and friends, often gifting them items made with great care and attention to detail.

P.I. was well known for her sense of humor and playful spirit. She always had a joke ready, whether she was visiting the doctor, picking up a prescription, or talking on the phone. Her laughter and lighthearted personality brought joy to those around her and made even ordinary moments memorable.

As she grew older, P.I. deeply appreciated the caring community that supported her and helped her remain connected and independent. Those relationships brought her comfort and companionship throughout her later years.
