Imelda M. Lenker, age 77, passed away Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at her home in Westminster, Colorado.  She was born May 19th, 1936, in St. Peter, the daughter of the late Jacob Meiar and Bertha Meiar.

She moved to Denver, Co where she married Donald E Lenker and lived out the rest of her life.  She attended The Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Westminster, Colorado.  She enjoyed doing yard work and playing with her cats.  She was preceded in death by her parents; a step-daughter Doris Garza; and siblings Alfred Meiar, Eleanora Mohr, and Mary Lantz.  Imelda is survived by a daughter Lisa E Jones; grandchildren Brandi Jones(Leon) , Angel Allison(Eddie); great-grandchildren Devon Jones and Leon Schrecongost Jr.; step-great-grandchild Savonnah Schrecongost; step-sons Robert Lenker and Donald E Lenker Jr.; and ten nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2014 at St. Michael Catholic Church of Collyer.  Burial will be in the St. Anthony Catholic Cemetery in St. Peter.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Imelda Lenker Memorial fund.  Checks made out to the "Imelda Lenker Memorial Fund" may be sent in care of the funeral home.
