Frank Edward Morse was born July 29,1930 in Gove, KS, to the late Jesse and Anna (Gronewald) Morse. Frank was the youngest of five boys. He passed away Friday, September 3, 2010 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita at the age of 80.

On July 30, 1964, Frank was united in marriage to Louetta DuBois in Whitewater, KS. Frank worked for the Soil Conservation Service for several years measuring terraces. Frank eventually started his own business building the terraces he once measured. When the opportunity presented itself, Frank and Louetta moved to Sedgwick, Kansas to start farming and ranching on their own. They remained there until his passing.

Frank's hobbies included gardening, fishing, and woodworking. It didn't matter if Frank was working or enjoying one of his hobbies, the craftsmanship and pride showed thru in all his work. Frank took great pride in being a good farmer, rancher, and family man.
